Nose stuffed up, clear and bloody boogers, what's wrong?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Infection, inflammation: For some reason your nose is really angry. It could be an infection either bacterial or viral which is leading to bleeding and irritation. It could've been caused by picking your nose and injuring the skin which therefore becomes infected. It could also be from significant allergies with frequent nose wiping and blowing. A visit to an ENT doctor could be helpful in figuring this out.
