teeth bitten trauma: First we need to know the nature of the swelling and if the swelling is painful how long. So it can be just from trauma or from growth. Sometime sharp edge of tooth or partial prosthetic that cause ulcer and it grow to tumor. It might need biopsy to diagnose the lesion.
