Probably equivalent: All these otc "clear eye" agents have phenylephrine in them wich just cosmetically vasoconstricts superficial blood vessels. They have no therapeutic value. It is much better to find out the cause of the redness ; treat that issue directly..Long term use of these agents can actually just make things worse.
