Varicoceles occur: Collection of tortuous veins in left scrotum, feel like a "bag of worms" when standing ; can not be felt when recumbent. No you do not get hemorrhoids in the scrotum or testicle. Varicoceles usually do not, but may cause any pain or discomfort. See a urologist if your condition causes any significant discomfort.

No, but ...: Both are not connected although all indicates some venous dilation related with some defects in venous valves; if happening to venous complex at & around anus, it is called hemorrhoids; if around pampiniform venous plexus of spermatic cord, it is called varicocele - as well, such venous plexus may exist in the ovarian veins, but with no special term of it like varicocele.
