Bad idea: Dettol is a good antiseptic for toilets, sinks ; counters not for vaginas. Vagina is designed to keep itself clean ; normally contains lactobacilli (good bacteria) which tend to keep vagina infection free. Best to wash around vagina with unscented soap. Vaginal yeast, if present, can be treated with antifungals such as monistat, Gyne-Lotrimin or miconazole. Dettol will kill good bacteria.
