Not typically: There are many potential causes of dizziness, but they are usually not associated with a pinched nerve. A pinched nerve usually causes symptoms of pain, numbness, and/or weakness specifically along the nerve involved. The feeling of dizziness is felt in the head and can be associated with many things including: vertigo from a middle ear problem, cardiac and blood pressure probs, medications, etc.
