See below: Most sinusitis will resolve without any specific treatment. Topical (neosynephrine) or oral (pseudephedrin) decongestants and saline nasal sprays give symptomatic relief. For severe or intractable infections appropriate antibiotic treatment is indicated. 7 days is enough.
