Maybe: If you feel like there is stool in your rectum, a fleet enema (sodium bisphosphate) or glycerine suppository may relieve the blockage and get you going again. If no stool in rectum, take some milk of magnesia 1-2 tbsp at bedtime tonite and stay on liquids until you are moving things through again.
