I have a cyst on my rib what is must be?

Unicameral?: Simple benign cysts are fairly common incidental findings noted on x-rays. It the radiologist isn't concerned, leave it alone. Nobody really understands how they form. Both "unicameral bone cysts" and "aneurysmal bone cysts" are benign unless there's an associated lesion; they're not the classic epithelially-lined cysts of classic pathology but the term's still appropriate for bone.
