Here are some ...: What you described seems suggesting you just incidentally saw or felt this pus-filled-like spot on the penis. Clinically & most likely, it's a harmless either hyperactive sebaceous gland of a hair follicle or a sebaceous cyst depending on its size. This condition usually requires no Rx as long as not hurting, not much growing in size, & not becoming infected. But, see Doc timely if still in doubt.
