Dacryocystitis: Pain around the eye and nose may be related to acute or chronic infection of the lacrimal sac. Many times dry eye is a precursor to this problem which usually results in an opening of the lacrimal sac and drainage into the nasal cavity with a silicone tube (guibor dacryocystorhimostomy) would recommend you see an oculoplastic surgeon in your area for complete eye / lacrimal consult.
