How long does it take for your top lip piercing to heal?

Depends: It may never heal. The upper lip was never intended to be "pierced". Putting a foreign object through a part of your body that should not have a foreign object in it is not a great idea. Infection can easily occur and a chronically infected piercing will never heal. In an ideal situation wounds heal within a week or two.
