UTI: Peripherally perhaps. If the UTI produced sepsis with disseminated intravasc. Coag. Then bleeding might occur. Beyond that it would be interesting to know from where the bleeding is occurring and how severely. Certainly blood may be seen in the urine with some utis. Add more info and ask again.
