Can sebaceous cyst hyperplasia go away on its own on the face?

No..Only Surgery: Sebaceous cysts on the face can often become infected and it is recommended that they be removed surgically. It is important that the entire cyst be removed since any residual cells can cause the cyst to come back.

Probably not though : Probably not though there are many reasonable treatment options including intense pulsed light , peels and excision. A medical spa or dermatologist should be able to assist you. This condition is often covered by insurance.

No: So a sebaceous cyst can shrink or get infected and grow - but it is never really completely gone unless it is resected (removed) surgically. This is because the entire cyst shell and wall must be removed. The best person to do this is a surgeon or someone with lots of experience. See your local doctor or general or plastic surgeon for help.
