Latisse (bimatoprost): There is a pharmacological product sold under the name Latisse (bimatoprost) which can cause the eyelashes to grow although you have to keep using it. You can also get extensions.

Latisse (bimatoprost): I would be careful about eyelash extensions, as I have seen chronic infections associated with the lid margins in patients who have received these. Latisse (bimatoprost) is generally safe, and can be tapered to 1-2 times a week for maintainance once you have the eyelash length that you want.
