Not likely, but...: Could what you're describing be normal, or could your ear canal be blocked, inflamed, infected? Maybe trapped fluid behind tympanic membrane? Do you hear "fluid noises" in other people's ears when they eat? You might want to have an ear exam to find out what you're really experiencing or at least for reassurance. A good ENT evaluation is recommended next.
