Nasal drainage: Hello, yes, nasal drainage can lead to or occur with chest congestion. It could be an allergy linked condition. Also the PND can cause inflammation leading to cough, congestion, bronchitis or pneumonia. An otc antihistamine is a good starting place. If it persists, see your doctor.
