Is it safe to use heating pad or salonpas on my stiff neck while i'm 8wks pregnant?
Scooter crash 3 wks ago. leg healed. no visibly injury to left shoulder but last 3 days there has been extreme pain there while relaxed or moving. its constant.tylenol and heat/cold pads dont work. hurts to even move neck or sit up. what do i do?
I woke up with really horrible pain in my shoulder in the middle of the night. The pain was right at the top of my shoulder & it went up the back of my neck to the back of my head. Tylenol & heat helped but its still hurting what could cause this?
I am having left neck stiffness and pain which is also radiating down to my left shoulder blade x mnth. Used heat and ice but no relief.
Repeat bouts of sharp pain under left collarbone that spreads to left neck & shoulder. Painkillers, heat & massage don't work. No previous trauma.
