not typically: A spermatocele is a dilation or cyst of the epididymis. It should not cause azoospermia, or no sperm in the ejaculate. An obstruction of the reproductive tract, however, can result in dilation of the epididymis and sterility.

Very unlikely...: While spermatocele contains sperms, the cause for its formation is still unclear; but, one thing for sure is somehow it's connected with convoluted tubules of peididymis so sperms exist there. As to male infertility, its presence should have a little effect on it as long as semen contains enough quality sperms. But, surgery on it may cause tubule or vasal obstruction resulting in poor or no sperms
