When i was in grad school i drank raw egg. brewers yeast and tigers milk. why can't we do that anymore?

Infection risk: Most likely because of infection risk. There have been outbreaks of salmonella in eggs. I am not sure what tiger's milk is but unpasteurized milk does pose an infection risk as well.
