Vaginal discharge: Ideally you should have a vaginal exam and cultures. There are home remedies for yeast infections including dilute vinegar and soaking tampons in yogurt with probiotics and using these 2-3 times a day. All the best for improved health.

Yeast prevention: Vaginal yeast infections can be minimized by bathing with hypoallergenic soaps, avoiding perfumed feminine hygiene products, wearing cotton underwear and loose clothing, taking probiotics daily and increasing raw garlic in the diet. Avoid excess sugar and simple carbohydrates. Infections will likely be persistent if your body's flora (good bacteria) does not re-balance, or if it is not yeast.
