What does epididymis on the head feel like?

Here is ...: The detailed relevance of this Q is not clear enough for offering answer to the point. Do you mean the head part of epididymis or really in your head? If it's the head of epididymis, you would not feel anything at all if it's not infected or inflamed by whatever the reasons can be. So, ask urologist for specific detail.
