Angina.: Pressure in the ear and numbness around the mouth could have any of a number of possible causes, including infection and a change of ones altitude. However, of greatest concern is mention of "tightness in jaws". Sometimes, coronary artery disease manifests itself as jaw pain. Like anginal chest pain, it typically is brought on by exertion and is relieved by rest. It merits a cardiac exam.
