Have a red inflammation with a white head in my throat, help?

Tonsillolith?: A white mass in the throat surrounded by inflammation may be an impacted tonsillolith. You may be able to remove it yourself, or it's likely to come loose eventually. If you run a fever or the inflammation begins to spread, then it's not a tonsillolith and the danger to the airway makes important to get seen impromptly.
