Depends: Lots of variables. What kind of issues does your mom have? How healthy is your neighbor? Is this just temporary? Or are you looking for a long-term solution? What if something is broken or missing from house - how will you feel if it was your neighbor? At least w/hired help, they should be bonded (insured). Plus they have more training. Discuss this w/other family members.

Elderly mom (91) has been suffering many months w/very small deep looking cut, no more than 1/8 long, on butt cheek. Its painful, but has no puss at all. Just looks like a cut.. what could this be? I can't get her to be seen by a doc, what can i do?
