YOU MEAN EAR CANAL: You can feel pressure or pain in the middle ear which is on the other side of your ear drum you can have itching in the ear canal due to 1 allergies 2 too much or not enough ear wax 3fungal infections more common in swimmers 4skin conditions like eczema, seborrhic dermatitis;psoriasis 5 buggs sometimes bugs can enter the ear canal at night never try to insert anything in ears to scratch.See md.
