Potential big probs: Advil (ibuprofen) is detoxified and excreted via the kidneys, so one 200 mg advil is likely no problem ( except if you are having stomach upset), then the issue is not liver but gi. But 2400 mg is a problem for the kidneys. Call poison control for advise immediately.
