Nothing: I would draw no conclusion whatsoever from a random finding of an eosinophil count below the reference range. It's an obsolete marker for hypercortisolism but so insensitive and nonspecific as to be worthless. The ranges are set so that several percent of healthy folks fall outside at either end.
