depends dose/time: It depends upon how being taken, amount/day, duration. Potentially physical dependency, constipation big problem, dry mouth, liver effects even damage due to the tylenol (acetaminophen) component especially if additional otc tylenol (acetaminophen) is being taken with it. Addiction: Actually the bigger story is what happens to a person's brain who has the disease of addiction. Addiction leads to isolation, the loss of relationships, anger and even self pity. Opiate addiction can also really mess up one's pain sensors; it can lead to tolerance requiring higher and higher doses to get the same affect which can really put one at risk of overdosing and death.
