Post- Surgery: Make sure he drinks enough fluid. Follow the instruction of the ENT surgeon. If not better or you are not comfortable, call the doctors' office.

Stop lortab: Lortab contains hydrocodone and is an opioid (narcotic). It can cause somnolence and some people are allergic to it. Don't take any more and call your doctor.
