What does it mean when a penis swab culture shows scanty epithelial cells?

Very Little: Epithelial cells are skin cells that make up the soft inner lining tissues of the penis. If these cell were found on the swab, they were just picked up along with the swab. It does not mean you do or donnot have an infection. Please talk with your doctor if you have further questions.
