Related often: Eosinophils fight off certain bugs like helminths and also are important for allergic reactions. Ige is an antibody which is produced when you are allergic or sensitized to something. People with allergies, asthma, eczema often have high ige and sometimes high eosinophils. If they are very high then some very rare diseases can be considered (hies).
