What does bun/creatinine ratio of 29 mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

depends: The 'normal' ratio is 10:1, this will increase if you become volume depleted. Steroids, high protein diet , gastrointestinal bleeding and renal failure can raise the ratio.
