broken wrist: Non invasive options include: proper immobilization, good nutrition including adequate calcium and vitamin d, avoidance of smoking or nicotine products, electrical or ultrasound bone stimulators.

Vit. D, movement.: It is difficult to speed up healing, but there are things you can do to decrease the likelihood of delayed healing or "nonunion". Avoid cigarette smoke and nicotine products. Make sure to supplement your diet with calcium and vitamin d (at least 1000 iu daily). Follow your physicians rehabilitation orders - controlled loading and use of the wrist will help the bone heal.
