Time & stim: Your fracture will heal as programed by ur body. One way that may speed up healing it to use a bone stimulator. Also if it amenable to surgical rx. You may not need casting and be able to use it earlier, tho this is a surghical procedure and the others are not.

Vit. D, movement.: It is difficult to speed up healing, but there are things you can do to decrease the likelihood of delayed healing or "nonunion". Avoid cigarette smoke and nicotine products. Make sure to supplement your diet with calcium and vitamin d (at least 1000 iu daily). Follow your physicians rehabilitation orders - controlled loading and use of the wrist will help the bone heal.
