biceps close by: The most common rotator cuff tendon torn is the supraspiatus tendon.It runs very close to the long head of biceps tendon in your shoulder.So, the tendon can irritated and spasm after 'rotator cuff repair'. This is common and usually normal.It is also generally a temporary phenemenon. Good luck!
