Don't Rx a number: Look for the reason the alk phos is high. Many folks with certain blood types shoot the alk phos up every time they eat. Pregnancy, mild paget's, a healing fracture, or cholestasis due to a medication are all famous for raising it -- your physician knows when (and whether) to work it up. 99% of what you read about "foods to eat/avoid for this/that" is hokum. Be proactive.
