Does bladder fulguration hurt if done with pain med?

Probably: Bladder fulguration is done by electrocautery or laser therapy. Either way there is going to be pain. A saddle block may block the pain of the procedure but there will be pain afterward. YOu will need adequate pain meds following the procedure. You need to discuss this with the surgeon and make sure s/he is willing to manage your pain post op.
