Under the tongue: In the front of the mouth, one on each side of the midline are the openings of your salivary gland ducts. They are know as the submandibular or wharton's ducts.

Sounds like the ...: Papilla to your submaxillary gland ducts. Confirm by watching them as you massage your neck under the floor of the mouth on both sides. You should see saliva come out. You can also see on internet pics.
