Why do rheumotologists make you do blood work & pee in cup every 3 months (for sle)? why not every 6 or something if you haven't had issues?

Monitor.............: To monitor your disease activity and also make sure your medications are not causing issues. This is quite important for both your disease (sle) and your medications. Sle can sneak up silently and cause substantial problems without your being aware!
