If you have reoccurring yeast infections, does this likely mean you have excess candida inside the rest of your body (ex gut)?

Yeast: Yeasts are normal inhabitants of your GI tract. Yeast can certainly overgrow in areas such as the vagina when the regular bacteria than live there are killed off, usually after a round of antibiotics. Yeasts are everywhere around us but generally not inside the rest of your body. People with true systemic yeast infections are incredibly ill and usually have a defective immune system.

Possibly stress: Sometimes, imbalance of body's organisms (yeast, bacteria, etc) occurs with stress as well as after antibiotics. Try adding probiotics (trader joe's brand very good and inexpensive).
