A lot...: Lots of questions to ask to get the history needed to make a diagnosis. First thing that comes to mind, to answer your ?, is the trend. If the headaches haven't been happening that long ; are progressively getting more severe ; more frequent, that would be worrisome to me. Suggest keeping a journal of your headaches, time, date, triggers, treatments, etc, and making an appointment with your doctor.
