Some things you: Can try at home for back pain include a warm shower with the water aimed at your back, a heating pad (insure that you don’t get burned), stretching ; tylenol (acetaminophen) or nsaid’s. If your pain is severe or chronic, a medical evaluation would be prudent. Acupuncture, chiropractic manipulation ; massage can be beneficial for some types of back pain. Be sure that you tell your parents about your pain.
