Bromfed (brompheniramine) is combo of: Brompheniramine and phenylephrine. Taking phenylephrine with Phentermine may increase pulse and blood pressure as both may cause this and the combo may be additive. No known interaction with flagyl. Take only as directed by prescriber and report any adverse effects including rapid heart rate to prescriber. They should be safe in a healthy young woman. Best regards.
