HIV: This is possible, but unusual. The vaginal secretions contain virus and the virus can enter through breaks in the skin, but this would be a rare means of transmission. In medical settings it actually takes penetration of a needle through the skin into tissues for accidental transmission, although there has been a case in which a surgery got splashed in the eye with infected body fluids ; got hiv.
