Never treated for hypothyroidism. tsh fluctuated 3, 04-6, 46 since 2008.last at 4, 85. now planning for pregnancy. do i need treatment before conceiving?

It depends,,,: It depends on how you're feeling among other things. You should get a thyroid panel before starting treatment with a free T4 value. Your TSH is high normal for some ranges so it doesn't mean you're hypothyroid and if you don't have to its good not to take any meds in pregnancy. This doesn't have any obvious effects but see if it's needed first. Good luck.
