Headaches: Headaches associated with menstruation are possible 'menstrual migraine'.See your doctor and consider taking ssris such as zoloft (sertraline) or Prozac starting on the beginning of pd and to continue until the end. Repeat this every month.

Not much: There is not a lot of options unfortunately. Luckily there are only a couple of months left in the year, so hopefully you will get pregnant soon.
