Yes: Anyone with an impaired immune system, even temporarily, can be more likely to catch the flu and suffer more from it. And of course, those exposed to the flu are far more likely to catch it.

Flu risk: People with suppressed immune systems are more prone to get the flu. Taking medications that lower the immune system increases risk. Also, having a chronic respiratory illness such as asthma or emphysema can increase risk.
