Weight/eat disorder: It is impossible to tell if someone is overweight or underweight based solely on weight and age. However, a 16 year old should be eating a healthy diet, not celebrity slim 3 times a day. Exercise and staying fit are great.

More info: Hi. I can't tell if you have an eating disorder based on the info. Are you obsessed with your body image? You say you love excercise, this can be unhealthy if you love it for the wrong reasons. Being a 16 year old girl can be really hard in a lot of ways and food can be especially hard. Look into some counseling and or support groups. You can't do this alone. Good luck and best wishes.
