Discolored teeth: I previously answers your question regarding lemon juice. I assume the you are trying it to help these "pigments". If the pigments you're referring to are white spots, sometimes they are superficial in nature and can be removed by your dentist. If the removal leaves a defect in the tooth, cosmetic bonding will be possible.

It's safe!: Most pigmentations can be easily removed. If you are really concerned about the discoloration of your tooth, then you'll never really be happy with your smile. If you are not happy, then you never really smile big or confidently. See a cosmetic dentist-they have the most experience and can come up with the mildest way to create the change.
